Absolutely in love with your quieter music, it's wonderfully moving.

Naturally, I've been cramming your tracks into my Morrowind music folder like crazy.

Bosa responds:

Thank you, sir. My music does fit well with the Elder Scrolls, I suppose.

Absolutely gorgeous. Bloody stunning all around, especially the woodwind. In places, it reminds me less of Howard Shore, more of some of Ennio Morricone's quieter western themes.

I can't really think of any higher praise than a Morricone comparison.

Bosa responds:

Truly inspiring. I suppose the difference in style between me and Howard Shore leads me into a totally different direction as you suggested. Thank you for the review.

Reminds me of Max Payne.

Has a fantastic, film noir quality to it, (Hence DARK I suppose) the sense of atmosphere it creates is fantastic. I can just imagine darkened ghetto alleyways populated with gritty, chainsmoking hardasses and sinister giggling types.

Lovely.

5 and a 10, 5 and a 10, 5 and a 10. There's every need for it.

As you say, it does repeat but it's really, really, soothing. The chord progression just makes me think of happy things, sunny climes, good times. It's the musical equivalent of a holiday in the sun.

Bouncin'.

I like very much. It sounds very powerful and energetic, makes me want to party hard.

On the downside, it's a little short, but then, it is short and sweet, so no worries.

Brilliant.

Glad to see it's not just me doing 8-bit thing. I think you capture the vibe far better than I ever could. Haha, might as well leave it to you from now on!

Nice one.

Like it, like it muchly. It isn't much more than a fairly repetetive build up track, but it's handled well, and has a really nice nostaligic sound to it. It reminds me of playing San Francisco Rush 2049.

Also, the bass frequencies feel great! You can feel them in your gut.

Ah, never mind.

You can't please 'em all Onestar. True, a little elaboration on why he thought it was boring would have helped, but it's not worth getting riled about.

Personally I thought it was the complete opposite of boring. Another one of your great, formless, seemingly improvised things. Love the way it builds up towards the end. It's slow getting there, but when it does, it's worth it.

Again, crikey.

Absolutely beautiful stuff. It's like a trance stream of consciousness. The first minute or so is glorious, the rest is excellent as well. It's complete chaos, but a lovely kind of chaos.

Flawed, but brilliant.

It sounds less like an indie tune to me, more like a bit of dramatic score from an eighties TV show like Miami Vice or some action movie. I do like the musical journey it takes. If I had to pick fault though, it does seem a little indistinct and muffled. Also, I feel it ends a little too abruptly. Still excellent stuff though, fantastic rythm.

If this only your first dalliance with digital music, I look forward to what'll come later. :)

I made this song for a project in my commercial music technologies class last semester here at my college. I've since changed my major, but I plan to keep making sweet music, however, I think I'm going to move more to the trance/techno side of things. However, thanks for the constructive criticism and the encouragement.

Have a looksie and feel free to use my music. I'd like to know if you do, but if you send me a request message, don't be surprised if I don't answer. Just assume I said yes. Don't check my messages much these days. ;)
